All these newer school promise the SUN AND THE MOON but then things are different once you are there. It becomes A SONG AND DANCE.

"American professors" Who? Who would leave a US Medschool to teach in a caribbean school unless they are paid very very well? A new school can only offer the freedom of the professors doing what they want in the program, $$$ is usually low. I think American professors is usually those professors who speak english.
