Look I know a good school can be developed anywhere. I know because I was one of the first to teach at Ross in beautiful Dominica. Beauty yes but Dominica is still one of the worlds arm pits. I have worked doing research in the area of Mexico that this thing is to go. Falcon Lake is a mud hole most of the time these days. Seems global warming is causing a real drought up and down the Rio Grange. Nuevo Guerreo use to be a quite village and the food was good at Tony's Resturante but I would sure be careful now. You will be in an area where illegal immigration and drug smuggling are the primary sources of revenue. The nearest town on the U.S. side is about 30 miles away (Rio Grange City) that barely meets the description of a town. The area around Nuevo Guerrero is rather stark desert. You will have a lot of time to study, I sure hope they have air conditioning. Summer temperature are almost always over 100 degree F.
