AAIMG law suit in Nevada

I heard that St. M's has filed a law suit against the AAIMG in Nevada, does anyone have any info?

what on earth is the point of this? isn't the guy dead? the site is not even managed or run by the same people, nor is the old info on it....strange. i would think the school had bigger fish to fry.

I would imagine that if the corp. has been passed on to azskeptic, then he would become liable now. I am not sure about the legal stuff, I am not a lawyer. It seems logical though.

Its like if I sued pepsi co for something and they just switched ceo's, my case would still be valid and the new ceo would have to deal with it. Likewise, i would imagine that pepsi co could not just pick up and move to another state and avoid liability.

Does anyone know more details of the law surrounding this kind of situation?

Thats a criminal case against an individual, not the same as a civil case against a corp. I am not saying azskeptic will have to pay out of his pocket, but as ceo he would have to deal with it, yes?
