I'm no Sherlock and I found it, maybe you should enlighten us. Here's a hint it strengtens the claims that you work for them as a recruiter. I also noticed St. M's attorney's office has a California address, arn't there any lawyers in Navada?

Well, show us what you have found and 'out' me..haha.....I was told by an officer of the court the documents are sealed and unavailable so if you have found something share it. Since I am not a party of the case I somehow doubt it has anything that even remotely reflects anyone other than the parties. Tell us who the parties are. More importantly show us the link: I don't believe you that it is available. I ran it through a court system and have even gone to their S. Nevada website and nothing is available and the case # doesn't show up.

Funny because I don't believe you. I don't have a link but I also made a phone call and got the info. Even better I was promised a copy of the complaint and should receive it in the mail in the next few weeks. Then I'll be happy to scan it and prove you are a liar.

Well, tell you what. I suggest you have an attorney call the court and verify if the case is sealed because if it is, as I was told, it would be a violation of the law to release it; they wouldn't release it to me so somehow I doubt you have it. In fact, I suggest you contact the attorney for the University to be sure what you are doing so you don't get charged with contempt of court but it is your call. The reason you don't have a link is because it doesn't exist. That you don't believe me doesn't bother me; everything I have shown so far has been true; lets see what you can show the group.

rather than playing coy, it would be nice if anyone with info shares it. Otherwise we have to work from the premise that you don't have any information.

it doesn't show up on Pacer or on the S. Nevada website; that says to me that the attorney who told me it is sealed is telling the truth. my first post today showed it was in Nevada...what is your allegation about?

LJG claims I am a recruiter for a medical school and that it is shown in paperwork in a lawsuit filed by St. M against AAIMG. My claim is that it his statement is false and that per the attorney in the case the case is sealed and it is against the law to post it on this website or any website. In fact Stephew, if You want I'll show you via PM the email I received from their counsel telling me it is not allowed to post it and they refused to send me the paperwork to read since it is under court seal. Who is telling the truth?
