Xochicalco Med School in Tiajuana

Any info about the feasibility of joining CEUX aka Xochicalco Med School in Tiajuana will be greatly appreciated.
Info on loans will also be appreciated and ditto about its 5th pathway internado.

note it shows up on Mexican list as recognized by mexico

but notice it isn't listed in california's list of approved medical schools

there are some schools in Tijuana recognized though.

Pls correct me if I am wrong, but I did notice the following name on the California list
University of Xochicalco Center of Studies.Also on http://www.comaem.org.mx/estados/BCnorte.htm
after checking all the estados(states) I could not find any School that has the same name i.e the world Xochicalco included in the name EXCEPT ceux ofcourse.

Is this not CEUX?Or is it some other school?Is there a way to check it with the California board?
