I guess hypotheticals could be used here, but I'm trying to make people realize the importance of having good credit. I realize what you are saying and do not disagree.

increase US Medical School classes

There is an easy way that our Congressmen can rightfully deney Stafford Loans to US Citizens going to Foreign Medical Schools and I would support them as a parent 100%. Just open new Medical Schools on US soil and increase the number of classes and class size at existing US Medical Schools. This should allow 70% of the SGU, AUC and ROSS students to go to school in the US. The other 30% probably shouldn't be in Medical school but are only beefing up the schools coffers.

Oneslo, that's a great post!
This is the kind of statement I like to read in here
Just take positive reponsibilities and put aside any difference that might hinder the process of solving our problems.
I agree with you! We are just one voice and our aim is certainly to contribute to the wellbeing of our kind.

Unfortunately this is not a viable option. It would require additional funding for education, which is the very thing that is of least importance to this current congress. Remember tax cuts, tax cuts and oh yeah tax cuts. Sorry if I seem jerky today

I second that, well said.

Instead of opening up more seats in U.S. Medical schools. How about we just move Ross, SGU, and AUC to the U.S. or Guam? hahah I wish.

here are the two versions........

from house
http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/...9bL76U4:e10822:

from senate
the senate link doesnt work but they deleted the little one liner "or has a state approved clinical program prior to 1992".
you can search it manually on the thompson site that i linked for the house. it catalogues the senate stuff too. go to search on the website and type in s1614.

pay attention to the definition of institution of higher education for profit schools.
