Transfering resources?
Some people on this forum (including the mods) say that transfering is a bad idea, while some people say that it is just a matter of doing more paper work. I'm thinking of transfering from Saba to AUC b/c I would like more options available for the clinicals. Are there resources out there on the web to help transferees elucidate the potential consequences of such moves down the road of one's medical career? Even resources about transfering from one US school to another would help!
I know that I can get definite answers by navigating each individual State's web site on licensure and transfering policies, but I would not have the perspective from a Program Director, and I wouldn't have time to nagivated through all these web sites, since I am still in med school. Thanks in advance. |
