Organic Chemistry II and Licensing issues

Can someone with informed knowledge please tell me whether or not I have to take Organic Chemistry II in order to gain Licensure in the US? Also, I understand that in some cases Biochemistry can be substituted for Orgo II, but would Biochem allow me to become licensed in ALL States?
