Is the medical school a 6-year or 4-year program at UWI? I tried getting onto their website but some of the site areas were not working.

UWI operates under the British system awarding MBBS. I believe it's 7 or 8 years post secondary school, if I'm not mistaken.

it's a 5 yr program (1&2 are pre-clinical, 3 is para-clinical, 4&5 clinical)
schools are in trinidad and jamaica...
jamaica is better school but worse living conditions,
trinidad school is arite (clinics real good), living condition better than jamaica

In your dreams! You would be lucky to get into year 1. UWI is not an "Off-shore" school, they want nothing to do with even the best off-shore schools. Comparing UWI to even SGU would be like comparing Cambridge to St. Christopher. UWI is the oldest school in the caribbean. Do you think it is an accident UWI does not have a forum, or link on valuemd?

Even if they accepted transfers (which they don't) an MD curriculum is too different to get any credit. You would have more luck transfering into an american school.

I'll give you credit for creativity, but there are no back doors in that direction.

UWI is extremely competitive. Even the best of the best have difficulty gaining admission.
