Bachleor's in Medical Sciences from a Carib Med school???
Do most of these schools down here, after your completion of the basic sciences award students with a Bachleors of Medical Sciences? Or is just my school?

Most of the schools "down there/here" offer a doctorate.
It really depends on your situation. Do you have a bachelors from a US collge/university? Perhaps you were accepted with the minimum number of credits accepted by your school and in that case you are completing a combined program.
