Info about PGY-2 in gen Surg

hi folks,

can anyone pls post into about the expectations and requirements for PGY-2 level surgery residency? what are you expected to know and to do?

also, is there any GOLD STANDARD book in surgery that one can read?

Would appreciate any input.
