Does anyone know how to get loans for schools in mexico city? and also.. what should I study for on the entrance exam into their schools like unam or la salle?

Well if you are thinking about getting loans I suggest you apply to UAG. UNAM and La Salle's programs are made to practice medicine in Mexico not the U.S. so they do not have international programs. And I believe this is why you cannot get a U.S. loan.

UNAM is a public university it cost about 50 dollars a semester. But to get into it you must do an entrance exam and hope that you get a very high score on it since they are very few spots open every year. Thousands of students try to get into UNAM's medical school only very few get accepted.

La Salle is a private university it cost around 4,000 dollars a semester. You must do also an entrance exam and be among the high scores. Like UNAM's medical program it is oriented more towards practicing medicine in Mexico. so you would need to do some extra reviewing for the USMLE. Also in both schools you must maintain a GPA of 8.5 and above( grading school of 0-10).

The exams are similar to the SAT but for math they also have calculus. Each school can provide you with a studying guide if you are interested in any of them. And yes there are some graduates from UNAM and La Salle
licenced to work in the U.S. and Mexico.
