510 points Thanks, this will certainly help in reducing the research component. There is a huge number of medical schools in the US and if foreign students are not readily accepted I will start to research european English medical schools. I was wondering whether others agree with your assumption regarding entry ino US medical schools? Thanks.
I agree with devildoc, but I want to add that it is possible but extremely difficult to do! Because first u must hv strond near perfect academical background(good MCAT, high GPA, hours shadowing, recommendation letters and etc ), secondary as a non resident u need pay for ur whole education at first installment, which is about 250-300 grands. if you are not so rich u must take private loans(coz only private loans are available for international students), to take loan u must hv any resident or US citizen cosigner with a good credit history. So if u will be lucky to find cosigner u hv got chance to get accepted to med school in USA. To search i will advice to look up at such schools like Harvard, Mayo, Duke Vanderbilt and maybe Hopkins. Mainly top private schools...
I'm not spouting assumptions here -- I'm from the States myself and I am simply reporting on the reality of medical school admissions there. However, feel free to look into it yourself, if you like. I am not offended.

According to the AMCAS 2011 admission numbers, 1.18% of the matriculating students in US MD institutions were foreign nationals. Those are slim odds by any reckoning... and that is AFTER completing a US/Canada bachelor's degree, taking all of the pre-med science classes, and taking the MCAT. After all of that work, a shade over one percent of the matriculating medical students in the US will be non-citizens.
Unfortunately, that's not an opinion... those are the numbers from AMCAS.
