I was going to jump in yesterday and give you my two cents but I usually like to give students a shot at addressing questions first.
Honestly you are going to have a hard time gaining a Residency position in radiology or reconstructive/plastic surgery. If these are your dream and you aren't really interested in primary care, your only feasible option is to gain admission into a Canadian or US medical school. Sure there are some IMGs and USIMGs who successfully find a path into these specialties/sub-specialties. But they are rare examples.
As for comparing programs, INTO-SGUL and SGUL-Nicosia should give you the same result considering we offer the same Basic Science curriculum, accreditation oversight by GMC and degree. The only possible x-factor may be varying clinical experience.
Sydney sounds like an amazing opportunity for you as well. I haven't heard of many students who go there. But as a Canadian, staying within the Commonwealth seems to be among the best options for non-Canadian medical schools.
