    I can understand why you might be skeptical, but I am going to one of the St Kitts Medical School, UMHS St. Kitts and they really offer a great education. I was really excited to learn about their amazing program, as well as the state of the art facility and great staff. While there can be a huge difference between what the different schools offer, UMHS offers an education that rivals any of the US medical schools.
