Anyone from Puerto Rico going to any Caribbean Med School?

So, my options are UAG, UNIBE, SGU or any of the other big 3/4. As stated in the title, Im from Puerto Rico, but Im not sure where I should apply. Already applied to the 3 Med schools in Puerto Rico, but wasnt accepted in two of them already...still waiting an answer from the other one. So pretty much, those are my options, any tips or suggestions? BTW, got an average MCAT and 3.6 GPA

What do you mean by average MCAT? The reason I ask is because the MCAT averages of Puerto Rican schools tend to be lower than those of mainland US schools. If your score is around 27, I recommend applying to US DO schools before going Caribbean.
