    Wink Guide a wannabe

    Sooo, yes, HI.
How are you today/tonight? (hope you are good)

    Okay...
I have been failing the national entry test (iran) and now I suppose I must seek this dream elsewhere.

I also have been reading this forum for the past few days, but some posts are outdated and not reliable.

My question is that if there are actually cheap med schools with easy enterance (a no entry-test would be superb) out there?

    Thanks in advance

Yes, there are certainly easy entrance medical schools... but that doesn't make the actual practice of medicine any easier.

If the school sucks (and let's be honest, "easy entrance" medical schools will almost always suck at teaching), and if you are not willing or able to put the time and effort into mastering the material yourself, you will either 1) not be able to work as a doctor after you graduate, or 2) somehow actually be able to work as a doctor, and you will kill people.

If you don't want to take an entry test, and you are already failing the entry test in your home country, how do you know that you have the ability to successfully study and practice medicine? I don't mean that in a harsh way, but it's important to be very critical and honest in considering medicine as a career.

There are tons of schools listed on VMD and elsewhere, and I am sure that you can find one that will take your money. Finding a school like that is not the determining factor in what will make you a good physician or not, though, remember that. Good luck to you...

understand that this industry and particularly the MD job requires you to live your life around the clock as someone with a love of medicine. it isn't a job or career. it is a complete lifestyle. that being said, you should try your best to raise your grades and study longer and change some strategies as to why you are not seeing results. if you enjoy medicine, even if you are average in studies, you can catch up to stellar students if you double up and put in the time AND change strategies in how you learn. hard work + interest will get you far. and no, if you are looking for something easy, you are lying to yourself. this is not what you want to do, either professionally or for the profession's sake. invest yourself into your studies and change your behaviors.

also, you aren't a wannabe. you are someone who needs guidance on how to approach this correctly. i have guided you somewhat. the rest is on your own. be honest about your habits and intelligence level. if you aren't retarded and don't have any learning disabilities, you can learn this. apply yourself and evaluate what you need to change and replace with.

Not sure what you are saying but irregardless, I'm going to take a giant leap. I'm gonna go for British/Irish/Australian/NZ (or any country with good med schools like Switzerland). But here is the catch:
    I'm broke!
    Sooooo
I need someone's consultation about scholars and loans in different countries.

There are a ton of super easy to get in to med schools, such as St. Matthews SOM...keep in mind that although they accept almost anybody, their passing rate for the step 1 is horrendous
