My questions are concerning my wife who is a Philippine citizen married to an American citizen. She has a bachelors in business already and is now taking nursing at a top ranked Philippine university and is now beginning to think she would like to practice rather than be a nurse. So our questions are this. As a green card holder already, what is the proper way for her to become a doctor in America. I have looked for answers online but most information is for those who do not have a green card already. She will take her medical schooling here in the Philippines most likely at the same university she is attending now (Silliman University)

What steps are involved and what tests will she be required to take at each step? How hard will it be for her since she already has her green card.
