Admission Question for Caribbean med schools

Hey guys, I was just wondering whether you can say "yes" to more than one medical school in the caribbean at one time. I got accepted into more than one, however, I havent seen the campuses yet, and i only have a two weeks to decide and say "yes" so I was wondering if thats allowed or how does that process work? If i say yes to one medical school and get into a better one in the near future, (before school starts) can i Say no to the one i am already registered for, and say yes to the new one?

Can you please share your stats or PM them? I personally think you can do whatever you think is right here. My reasoning is that these are not through AAMC, thus that has more stipulation on accepting acceptences, etc. My second reasoning is that osteo and allo dual applicants sometimes do early decision for osteo, then do something different for allo, or vice versa.
