If you had the choice between Charles U in the Czech republic or RCSI in bahrain, which one would you choose? Which school do you think would have an easier time matching into a US residency?

RCSI in Bahrain because of the name? I am not quite sure how US physicians would compare these tow.
I honestly don't think there would be much of a difference. RCSI is indeed a famous name, yet I do not know whether the fame of the Dublin campus will have any bearing in evaluating the graduates of RCSI Bahrain. Charles university is also a "famous" name which has been around for centuries.
If it were me, I'd probably be comparing the living conditions, cost, etc.

510 points Prague is a much more romantic city than Manama, and there is the whole California confusion regarding RCSI-MUB. It is a branch institution and only has 2 cohorts of graduates, so it has yet to be approved by the medical board of california.

It currently isnt recognised by the Irish or british medical councils yet, because it is only new.
However RCSI education is very good.
Regarding Charles, it is an EU zone medical school so you are automaticaly entitled to a residency in Ireland/ UK other EU countries and there have been thousands of graduates over the years , so others have carved out a path already.
