    Anyone in this situation?

I started medical school in the US and dropped out.

I am reapplying in the US but getting in would be practically impossible.

I might have to go international.

I was told I would have a really hard time when residency rolls around because I would still have to be answering questions about why I didnt finish in the US.

Anyone ever been in a similar situation?

    Thanks.

    Sara

I just want to say in my defense I had several conversations with my dean at my US school and had given me the impression that If i did not return I would have no trouble getting into medical school again later.

dissmissal form any school is going to be a red flag no matter how you look at it.
