The best thing you can do is look into how Pakistan licenses doctors educated outside Pakistan.

Hi
Well there is an institution called PMDC(Pakistan Medical and Dental
Council). U can consult them on website..I heard that they usually
need an exam to get foreign qualified doctors registered to work in
Pakistan

It's a question that you must ask the university in Egypt. That being said, I really doubt they will allow that. They may even have a list of hospitals in Egypt only at which she would be able to do her house surgency.... But ask the University anyway.

I am not familiar with the procedures in Egypt. Is it compulsory there to complete house surgeoncy before getting the medical degree?

The PMDC will probably tell you what the procedures are for someone who already has completed their degree in another country.

If she doesn't have the medical degree completed from Egypt, how will she practice in another country? I don't believe there is a 'sixth pathway' there like here in the US.

Having said that, you're best bet would be to ask a medical college there if they would be willing to accept transfers for house surgeoncy.

i think house job is compulsory everywhere in the world for mbbs students so in egypt also for sure, but wuts wrong realy to practice in other coutry she has studedied the same subjects that here r been tought and also hospitals r there for house job purpose, well i hav done mba so i m sory if i m speaking too much in drs case but i belve house job shoud b allowed in the foreigon coutry as its jus a pracitce and that practice can b performed any whre in the world, and pakistan has all the setup for her house job offcourse. anyhw lets c but if u hav more info abt this topic plz do paste there it l b highly regarded.

can she speak the language of pakistan? how would she speak to patients if she cant speak the language. just a point to consider.

when she graduates in egypt, she can leave before doing the internship but that will mean if she wants to come back to egypt and work here she'll still have to do it.

you just need to contact the medical authority in your country and ask them, what does someone who has just graduated with mbbs from such and such university need to do to be allowed to work as a doctor.

there is no problem from her school letting her go, just make sure she has the degree notarized at the pakistani embassy in cairo before she leaves.
