West Indies and US medical license, How?

I'm a Jamaican-born naturalized U.S. citizen currently attending a 4-year University in the U.S. and I'm wondering if anyone knows the best method of becoming a licensed M.D. in both regions?

It's my dream to help people both here and in my home country of Jamaica. Thanks.

Easiest would probably going to a US med school, completing resdiency in the US and gaining full licensure here first. Then go to Jamaica and fulfill thier requirements for doctors not educated in Jamaica.

I spent a few minutes looking for specific information from the Jamaican gov't but couldn't find anything. I suggest contacting them directly to inquire how an MD from the US can practice medicine in Jamaica: Jamaica Information Service

As Tipton said, US medical school and licensure, or try and gain admission to UWI medical school and then US licensure. Both paths will be very difficult.
