Any body know about these two schools in Mexico, and its admission processes?

UVM-UVB, there is a entrance exam in which you must score a 900 + ( similar to SAT) . No big deal......

Its a decent school.

I think they dont have international programs in English language, do they? To get over language barrier, what can be done?
Actually if you tell us more about those schools, I will be happy.. I would like to know more..
