Go to websites and look up transfer policies. Why you took a leave will determine your options. If it was academic reasons or for disciplinary/ethical reasons. Were your forced to take a leave before getting an official dismissal? Probably best to look up policies then talk to admission counselor at schools to determine their take on your situation.

i sure hope this is not a voluntary decision to leave the us school for an intl school. if its forced, try to transfer to another lcme school first.

Stick with the US med program, unless you were "royally discharged"....mind you if that is the case some of the Caribbean medical schools will not even consider you for admissions.....try to resolve your issues with your LCME school.....
