Jury seems to be out...
Hi there,
I constantly prowl these forums for any shred of information that will help me choose between Ireland and the Caribbean. A little bit about me: 24 years old Canadian 3.3 overall with strong upward trend in last few years and a 3.7 currently. Have retaken a few first year science courses which is apparently a no-no Strong EC's, awards, dean's list, etc. Writing the MCAT soon and expect to do pretty well Applying to Can and US but not getting my hopes up Married to an Irish citizen From what I've seen most people recommend Ireland except looking at match results for both Canada and the US it seems like the Caribbean grads are doing awesome. Ex. orthopedic surgery in Toronto, opthalmology in NY, etc. I think the only thing keeping me from moving to Ireland is that I don't know where the grads wind up. Are there any Irish grads who are happy with their choice? Any Carib. grads? Merci beaucoup mes amis! Steph |
