I am trying to give CPR and keep this thread alive. Mexico has many med schools and it is worth discussing them as an option for Americans. Their traditional choice has been "La Autonoma" in Guadalajara. But there are many other choices. In the latest ranking of Mexican med school the one in San Luis Potosi came in at #1! This was a very good surprise, considering that it was pitted against the big private ones like TEC, UDEM, Anahuac, and so on.
This is no doubt a tribute to men like Dr. Nava, Dr. Diez and Dra Velazquez have done in the past. And no doubt it speaks well of its present Dean, Dr Noyola.
