Caribbean MD w/2 years of clinicals in the same area?

I have been back and forth between all types of schools, Eastern European, Caribbean, Mexican, etc. However, each has its pros and cons.

One thing I am interested in, and curious about, is whether or not there is a Caribbean medical school that offers the student clinical training in an city/location where that student can begin and finish all their training? In other words, after doing about 18 months of sciences on the island, he/she can move to the "Clinical City" and stay there for two years before having to relocate?

The reason for this, is because I want to come back to the States a.s.a.p., which inhibits me from going to Eastern Europe. I might be getting married soon, and I want to have a decent setting, and somewhat stable living arrangement.

Any advice or interest would be appreciated.

I know some schools are able to have all of their clinical rotations in one city, but that must be discussed with the clinical coordinator beforehand. As far as I know, St. George has many hospitals in the NYC area. I'm more familiar with MUA's rotations, and from what I've heard, all rotations can be done in Chicago, Houma (Louisiana), and outside Denver in Greeley, CO. But please remember, there are most likely many more cities out there with other schools (and maybe even some with MUA that I'm not aware of).
