draw blood

at what point in medical school do u learn to draw blood? clinicals? or do you learn in residency? please don't answer if you don't know the correct answer.

At UWI , first week in Physiology labs!

I remember well a fellow fainting and returning back to his home land the next day.

We became professional "vampires" when we started clinicals. We had to take blood from the patients to whom we were assigned.
