I was wondering to get licensing after completing residency how does undergrad premed requirement come in play. Is it true that when you come from a 4 year program, from a different country and when it is time to apply for licensing, then one of the requirements as part of the process is 60 credits of undergrad courses including 6 credits biology, 6 credits physics, 6 credits math, 3 credits organic chem?
In that case how do others that come from their Native country that go directly after high school to Med school able to get license once they are done with their residency in states. Could anyone please shed some light on this? |
