Advice Needed!!

I decided that I do wanna go to europe. there seems to be alot of information posted on the forums... too much to grasp.

Can anybody recommendme a school ...preferably 4 year program where I can apply for the fall?

I have all my pre-reqs and MCAT as well as my degree/

Are all 4 year programs disapproved by cali?
