That is a dump. It will take a few million dollars to put it up to any kind of minimum code. I don't think they have a few million dollars, not even pennies.

Fort Thomas Hotel

I knew the old hotel had received storm damage. When some of us started the vet school on Saint Kitts the place was in pretty good shape. Many an attitude adjustment hour was spent here and working for Ross required a lot of attitude adjustment hours. At that time we tried to get the hotel for use as a dormitory for vet students. This place could be a great property for a med school. It is pretty obvious that is not going to happen.

yeah i lived there, that his living arrangement he plans to give all his students.. but thats if he ever gets any students again . nothing in that builing is up to any code, and honestly he doesnt care, the goverment doesnt care so why would he, all the work is done half assed. the electrical is crappy, the plumbing you have you let the water run for a few minutes before you can use it to get the brown color out of the water cause the pipes are all rusted over. there is no wireless internet, and there are no plans on doing it. he does have a home lynksis wireless b router that is soposed to sufice for that entire building.
Lets just make sure no one else goes to this place !!!

Dengue

The old swimming pool looks to be the perfect place to raise Aedes aegypti. Hope anyone living in the area is prepared for a good case of Dengue.

wait a minute, so you actually went to school there....like this is the school? how many students were there with you when you went and how long did you stay?

i don't want to sound rude or anything but why did you put your trust in such a new school when there are other schools that are easy enough to get into as it is and have already established a reputation?

Why? Why?

Question is why are so many folk not heeding the advice given on this forum about bad schools?

Some students are saying education is not the same as infrastructure. But these same students know that where they have come from not even their kindergarten school was not ran out of a rat infestered place or a garage as is/was the case of some schools in the Caribbean.

Why are students attending schools like CMU & JBGDL that have no charter or IMED listing?

Well, there is not much to argue, the pictures speak by itself, the place is a dump.
