once upon a time I was an adjunct lecturer in human anatomy and physiology at the university level while seeking pgy training. The university experience on my CV did not hurt one bit. The rest is history |

It is possible that the doctors came from countries where medicine does not pay a lot and they just decided that it is not worth it for them to go through all the trouble. Language is always the major reason.
