I met up with some ex UHSA workers in St Johns this weekend while on a brief stop over, for a week or so in order amoung other things to vote in the elections yesterday. We were joking about UHSA and EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM.

The persons who spoke to me told me that once you oppose the Chairman, or fail to lick his posterior, or if you appear to be too sharp he gets rid off you. Thats why the CHairman hated the ex VC and ex Dean. Neither were tail lickers, and both knew thier onions.

I was told that he fired his sexy sexytery late last year, cause she had had a lawyer write him.. so he got pissed and decided to pay her off..This is certainly educational terrorism of staff.

I was told of the case of a Dr Arolfo, some time ago, who was so terrified of the Chairman, that she resigned by phone from the airport. This is certainly educational terrorism of staff.

Then the persons who spoke to me told me of the attempted EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM involved in the dismissal of the ex Dean last year They said that the ex Dean just didnt bother, but mocked the Chairman, as the owner is called, and left the premises, and Antigua when he was ready to go, with no fuss.

They reported that on February 27th last, the glorified pay roll clerk marched into the office of the IT man and disseminator of UHSA propaganda in the presence of the Registrar (an ex student) and said we are sending away the Dean tomorrow.The Chairman orders you to copy all of his intellectual property from off his computer when he goes to his lodgins to lunch, so that we can use them after he is gone. THAT IS CERTAINLY EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM!

The glorified pay roll clerk, I was told is one who says " I just do what the Chairman says, I dont ask no questions.

On the following evening, the Dean was given a letter stating that UHSA would no longer award him the contract promised him because it was learned that he had previously been employed at UHSA's biggest competitor in the correspondence medical diploma mill business in the Carribean. THAT IS CERTAINLY EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM!

As the Dean waited outside the Chairman's office that evening, to discuss the latest developments,the Registrar took the letter and made a photocopy, and advised him to copy all of his intellectual property from his competitor before addressing the Chairman.

After all the school had not obtained his work permit, and he was therefore in the country working illegally and without the necessary permission to do so.He was also without the return ticket that was a condition of his agreement to come to the school as a Visiting Professor.

After all she had seen this scenario played out at UHSA several times in the past. Once a teacher or worker was used, they would be discarded willy niilly at the whim of the Chairman, and if there was any dissent, the police at the nearest station would be called to take you off the premises and incarcerate you in thier local jail. THAT IS CERTAINLY EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM!

The Dean apparently copied as much info as he could that evening, but was denied two floppy discs to copy the rest on the following day by the glorified pay roll clerk, who all of a sudden could not face him, and was obviously uneasy in his presence.Although she kept all stationary and supplies, she now said the Chairman was holding the discettes. The Ex Dean waited that day for the Chairman to emerge to confront him - but to no avail.

On the following night (Sunday) about 10 P.M, the ex DEAN recieved a phone call from a stranger, who was able to tell him of all that had happened as described above in full detail. The ex Dean was now learning for the first time from a stranger how his privacy on his computer was invaded.The stranger promised to meet the ex DEAN the following day to assist him in his plight. He too had suffered EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM at the hands of Akande. The stranger was none other that ex VC Prof Dipeolu.He informed the ex Dean that he knows every thing that happens at UHSA, and he had been told everything! He said that persons loyal to him tell him everything that happens there up to this very day!


Who was/is leaking info out from UHSA? The glorified pay roll clerk? the IT man and disseminator of UHSA propaganda? the administrator? the Registrar? Who? An institution divided against itself cannot stand.


On the morning of March 3rd 2003, the Registrar gave the ex DEAN a photocopy of a newspaper article that had appeared in the Antigua papers on December 19th,2002 indicating that he was one of five persons hired to replace the exVC. Fortunately for them, none of the others appeared. The ex Dean was the only one who did. He did a fine job and was loved by all, it seemed, students and staff.

On that morning also the ex DEAN was taken by the ex VC to ex PM Bird, who arranged that he be seen in immigration to have his status regularised. The PM vowed to clean up the mess at Dow Hill, and close UHSA! So the ex Dean returned to Dow Hill and continued packing his things to leave, when he was summoned to a meeting of administrator and the chairman at which he was re-instated.

That night on returning to the school after a church meeting, he was locked out and their was no security at the gate! MORE EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM.

Three days later the ex Dean realised that there was no water or electricity to his lodgins and made a formal complaint in writing and submitted to the administrator.In another act of EDUCATIONAL TERRORISM he was again dismissed from the service of UHSA.

That night while he was visiting at ex VC Prof Dipeolu there was a telephone call made to ex VC Prof Dipeolu's home by one of the following---- The glorified pay roll clerk? the IT man and disseminator of UHSA propaganda? the administrator? the Registrar? Who? The VC told the Dean that the person recognised his voice (the Dean's). Who was it?


My ex UHSA worker friends railed that " Akande has sowed to the wind, and now he and UHSA is reaping the worldwind. The ex Dean was not the first to be threated this way, and he was not the last.Akande has abused many in the 21 years of UHSA's existence."

One of them informed me that early in January 2004, that there were only five employess remaining at UHSA. Dr. Saeed -the Registrar, Dr Sud-the only full time teacher, the administrator, the glorified pay roll clerk, and the IT man and disseminator of UHSA propaganda. He has certainly worked hard these last two months, in putting out all the junk that has been so successfully debunked on these fora.

So when you hear UHSA talking about educational terrorism, dont laugh ---it is no joke. They can speak with authority on the subject, because they are the authors of this commodity!


Prospective students, UHSA is no place to go, even dissenting students are terrorised with threats of expulsion, and as you can see from the post today- by withholding transcripts.

Oh so now, a business should fire workers and let the keep the documents? Thats like a School giving away their student records/numbers to each worker that’s fired. If the information is important, of course you want to keep it away from a worker that has been let off. Especially in the situation described above.

Well, all I can say is that your definition of educational terrorism is quite unique. Perhaps a student failing a test because of lack of studying should blame the school for educational terrorism.

The terrorism is that the chairman did not sit down with student to study personally. Hmm, what do you think, educational terrorism ?
