The persons present at the meeting in early January were:

1. The founder and CEO.

2. The man who represents the interests of the owners of the minority of the stock. Let's call him RESEARCH since he is always promising to do some.

3. The Chief Academic Officer, also known as SHIRT. He worked for IMSA/JBGL until early March 2007 or thereabouts.

4. MB, a consultant that was never formally contracted to work for the school, also known as EGGHEAD, who has been one of my sources for what I have posted. He severed all his connections with IMSA/JBGL right after the meeting.

5. Two mothers of SPSOM students.

6. One student from SPSOM.

Now, the question is: SO WHAT?

WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT?

Well...I waited to see if Viva would answer the question posed in my previous post, but I guess he is still enjoying his zzzzzzz's.

I would have thought that when you are expecting "another great day" you would get up early. But...not Viva.

What a life!

So, I will answer it:

To know who was at the early January meeting has NO importance at all.

What is important is what transpired during the meeting and after the meeting.

During the meeting and for about two hours the mothers, and the student there, presented in excruciating detail all of the ways in which they had not been delivered what they were promised.

Must add that the student spoke highly of LWS!

During the meeting neither CEO nor RESEARCH adequately replied to anything that the mothers and the students said.

After the meeting CEO and RESEARCH refused to let their Chief Academic Officer, SHIRT, know how much money they had to operate the two schools.

After the meeting CEO and RESEARCH, attempted to order EGGHEAD, whom they had never offered a written contract, to move to Rio Grande City, and teach in Guerrero, and he could not figure out what.

After the meeting EGHEAD found it difficult to continue to take seriously either CEO or RESEARCH, and since he worked for the pair at HIS will, he simply told them "I just stopped working for you," and walked away from the mess.

What is also very significant about all this is that although the lady who was the Registrar of the two schools IMSA/JBGL-SPSOM travelled to the meeting, she was not allowed to enter and participate in the meeting because she had become a persona non grata, because:

1. She had discovered the fact that the school was being advertised in a space in myspace in association with some soft-porno stuff.

2. She has discovered that the owner of the space in myspace, and friend of the owner of the majority of the stock of the LLC that owns the schools, claimed that he was the owner of SPSOM right there in his space.

3. She had asked what were the ages of all of the actors that appeared in the soft-porno stuff, since some of they looked quite young.

4. She had discovered a link from the myspace space to the website of a raunchy, racist, movie that was then in post production - Lost in Transit - in which the owner of the majority of the stock of the LLC that owns the schools plays a bit role dressed in a baseball cap with the letters UPX on it; and she had asked about the possibility that money that should have gone to improve the conditions of the school's one classroom in Guerrero had been diverted towards the production of raunchy movies like "Lost in Transit" and the soft-porno in the space in myspace.

So...

CEO and RESEARCH wanted to have nothing to do with her.

And, while the list of the people that were at the meeting is not really that important, who was not and why she was not there IS.

Right IMSA/JBGL Boys?

Now, Viva, Look at what happened.

If you had chosen to work for just 30 more seconds and post who was at the meeting before going to sleep, the previous post and this would have never happened.

Prausnitz, you have to understand that dealing with SPSOM/IMSA and their reps and assigns is rather like being in charge of a cemetery – lots of people underneath you, but no one's listening. They are intellectually dead! They are void of understanding.

The answer to those who were present during the meeting on January 3rd was presented long ago on these threads.

Next repetition is the mark of a good teacher or informant. That’s why you see ads repeated daily all through the day on television.

The message for today is
IMSA/JBL HAS NO CHARTER!

The kicker is this one.....The bogus School is without a charter.
Consequently they are not recognized by FAIMER or IMED or WHO or ECFMG. Neither IMSA nor SPSOM are listed with IMED (imed.ecfmg.org).
Your education will thus be worthless.
Without a charter and IMED listing...No UMSLE period. No USMLE = No licensure.
End of story. Rant and rave as much as you like. But you have no charter.

It is so true that there have been only ATTEMPTS at establishing medical schools. And as many of us know, SPSOM was NOT their first attempt…

So, just for grins, let’s review their track record as it stands today, just for a “refresher”… Following include the various locations for their OTHER ATTEMPTS over the years, at establishing a little “medical school”:

Big Bend
Oaxaca
Monterrey
Colombia Nuevo Leon
Nuevo Laredo
Guerrero, IMSA as a branch of a Cook Islands school SPSOM


And now, for the unveiling of the NEW “MEDICALSCHOOL” and remember, they say that THIS TIME it will WORK!

Prausnitz just detailed who was at the meeting and none of that changes your track record! Come on, boys! Wake up from your dreaming and scheming and the playing your blame games. How long can you possibly blame a few former employers for your current woes? And what about the failures prior to their employment?

And what do you make of this claim made by Prausnitz:

Uh, pardon me? I’ve seen the videos as well. And there were more than one. One called “Restless”, which takes place in a doctor’s office, contains the caption: “What separates the reality of deception and lies is a very thin line.”

Hmmm… got to think that most medical schools don’t have the eery connections that this one does…?......

Serious readers of this threadone of my aims in life is to advise poor unsuspecting would be medical students about bogus medical students, that I personally know about. To this end, I have released on the GOVT TO PROBE THREAD for public viewing a letter written by one of the SPSOM students and submitted to the powers that be of SPSOM/IMSA in the hope that the schools would be properly run.

I got it from someone who was present at that meeting on January 3rd. I withheld this long epistle previously from the pages of valueMD for fear that harm would come to the students. This is no longer an issue as it seems that SPSOM has apparently since “gone through the eddoes” as we say where I come from.

The student’s letter is glowing testimony to the unequalled success of the official contracted by IMSA JBL to run the school, as it tells in detail how he ran it into the ground. The amazing insight of the student is seen, and his courage is to be commended. His comments show that he had a better understanding of what was required from the IMSA /JBL administration than they did.

By December the students there had expressed no confidence in the Dean to lead the school at a critical time in its development. The Administration failed to listen.
The result of the lack of vision of the administration in responding to the students please and criticism is now history. Both schools have folded, and students have been sent home to study on their own.

I have appended my opinions and notes in bold colored type between the words of this very discerning student. His long letter was presented to the powers at be on January 3rd. They did nothing. They could not fire the Dean because he had a contract. But yet you will read that ztruth said that the SPSOM students were fairly treated, even though nothing was done to address the concerns of the students or their mothers.


Go to GOVT TO PROBE THREAD for details of information given at the January 3rd meeting that was not heeded, and decide if IMSA knew how to, or iof they were serious about running a med school in the Cooks.

Why do they think that we think they can do it now?

After all dishonest men will always act dishonestly, honestly!

The Periodico Oficial of the State of Tamaulipas has now published all official acts of the State Government up to June 27, 2006.

UP TO THAT DATE THERE IS NO INDICATION THAT THE GOVERMENT CHARTERED OR IS CONSIDERING CHARTER ING THE IMSA/JBGL EVENT.

WE WERE TOLD, VIA THE IMSAONLINE WEBSITE AND THROUGH EMAIL, BY THE FOUNDER AND CEO, THAT WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF MAY 21 THE EVENT WOULD BE CHARTERED.

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE SIXTH WORKING WEEK AFTER MAY 21 AND NO CHARTER.

SO, IT REMAINS THAT ONE OF THE MOST UNINTELLIGENT THINGS THAT AN AMERICAN PREMED COULD DO IS TO ENROLL AT IMSA/JBGL.

ENROLLING AT IMSA/JBGL WOULD JUST BE A WASTE OF MONEY, OF HARD EARNED MONEY, AND TIME!!!!

NOTHING ELSE IS GUARANTEED!!!!!

One of the hazards of writing in this forum is that one sometimes encounters a blinkered reader, who through accident or design or even blissful ignorance, misinterprets the plain meaning of simple ordinary language.

The value of the attempts of witzi revealer ztruth and vivaimsa is its practical demonstration of propaganda in action. Telling the truth is the least concern of the propagandist. The overriding intent is to sow seeds of distrust, hoping they will germinate and damage relationships.

However, they have only shot IMSA deeper in the foot. The longer they posted the more one saw the "monkey's tail". Can anyone take what they have written seriously when they it is clear that they have consistent difficulty with reproducing basic facts? We have consistently produced information to refute the moronic mouthings that they have offered. You see the effective strategy for countering propaganda is presenting the truth always as we have done.

Viva yes its OK. God has blessed us all these six months while we have not been working. I have never done so much traveling and taken such a large holiday as this year. I must confess that I have this year indeed received many, many blessing from God, despite the fact that I didn’t have the fat IMSA pay check you all spoke of. You see, it is written “ A man can receive nothing, except it be given from heaven”

And again it is written “ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness or shadow of turning.

And again it is written “ For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance!’


You see all good things like jobs come from God, who doesn’t change, or run out of provisions, or mismanage his resources.

About prayers: I fervently asked God to see that SPSOM did not get chartered in the Cooks, so enabling IMSA to continue in that way. And he answered my prayer. God is indeed in control and he certainly does not like the dishonest way IMSA/JBL has gone about their business. He doesn’t like how they have treated staff, students and investors. Your prayers will be in vain. Go to a proper medical school.! IMSA wont be getting a charter!
