As you all can see, the attempt to engage a directive of the FLIMSY school has been completely unproductive. Witzi's replies even lack the most basic logic. If he does not read what we post, why is he replying to them?

All we have gotten is expressions of arrogance, insolence, plus some self-contradictory statements and some weird, plagiarized drawings.

THAT'S ALL THE FLIMSY "UPPER MANAGEMENT" HAS GOT.

Remember how the "three countries, two schools, and one dream" has become the "three countries, no real schools, one BIG nightmare"? Well, Witzi seems to be unable to distinguish between the original dream and the present nightmare.

He thinks he is living the dream.

But he is not completely innocent, he is participating in the commission of a fraud. It is a fraud because his school cannot deliver what it has promised to deliver.

To the students:
1. it cannot deliver the three year medical education it promised. By Mexican Law, those who study medicine in Mexico in a Mexican certified school must go through a one year rotating internship and one year of social service to the Health Ministry.

2. Even if the FLIMSY school, which is at present recognized by none of the World's governments, is eventually recognized by Mexico, which is something that does not just depend on the State of Tamaulipas, it would have to put students through a 5 year, not a 3 year curriculum.

3. And even then, the FLIMSY's curriculum is so poorly designed that it is still up in the air whether it will get anyone through the USMLE, assuming that the students can ever sit for it. As of now, the first and the incoming classes cannot take it because their school does not have any legal existence, anywhere in the world.

To the teachers:
1. FLIMSY cannot deliver anything, except (perhaps) their salary. It cannnot deliver on the "niche" to be developed because FLIMSY has no research installations, In fact, it has no installations at all. It does not own anything in Mexico, not a single square inch of land on which to build its own installations. Even the Guano-filled building is owned by the city of Guerrero.

2. FLIMSY does not even have the makings of an academic community at all. Teachers are there to teach. One of the owners has insisted that "we pay teachers to teach, not to prepare their classes." (Overheard at a restaurant in Zapata where people sit to devour ther food right next to each other.)

3. And there are no offices, computers, internet connections, libraries, or anything else. (I think the school owns a Funk and Wagnallis Encyclopedia, or something like that, but certainly not even the Britannica. Not a single journal suscription, not even to those journals which are free.)

To attract people to buy something that you cannot deliver to them IS FRAUD.

Again, TO ATTRACT PEOPLE TO BUY SOMETHING YOU WILL NOT DELIVER IS FRAUD.

And, what else could FLIMSY-PLUS-SOAPSUDS BE?

Is it not the dream of someone who has been characterized in the media as a "fraudster"?

The only thing that FLIMSY is designed to do is to deliver a lot of money to the "fraudster" and the rest of the owners, although I doubt it will ever deliver a single penny. They went into this without a real business plan. Because the owners used to give it out like candy everybody seems to have a copy of it. I read one in the office of the Mayor of Roma (Texas, of course), and it is absolute nonsense.

Another thing:

Witzi does not even know what hate is.

Witzi believes that we hate his project and that is why we post.

He is completely unaware of the fact that there is something called JUST ANGER.

JUST ANGER is the anger that you feel when you know that a priest used his authority to rape an altar boy, when a faculty person sexually abuses his female students, when greedy men form corporations that make promises they cannot deliver.

So, I wish Witzi would realize we don't hate him or FLIMSY.

We are JUSTLY ANGRY AND WE ARE HOPING THAT OUR POSTINGS WILL KEEP POTENTIAL STUDENTS AND FACULTY FROM BEING DEFRAUDED AND MAYBE EVEN SEXUALLY ABUSED AS SOME OF THE PRESENT STUDENTS ALREADY HAVE.

Finally, Witzi has not contributed anything to our discussion. No new insights at all. No rebuttal. No data that would change what we think. NOTHING AT ALL.

He only verified some of what we already knew.

I think we need to move our discussion beyond him and continue to post things as they come up.

What is going on?

Suggest you take a course in basic logic, a Logic 101 so that you do not contradict yourself anymore. I am sure that FLIMSY does not offer it, for right now, they are not offering anything other than take the money of whoever puts it up for enrolling there.

Now, you must have a very simple mind, since you communicate with pictures, which at best are ambiguous expression of your ideas and can be interpreted in multiple ways. The guy looking at the snake in your last post, who is he? You? We?

And your simple mindedness shows in the way you have confused the "fraudster's" nightmare with whatever your life long dream happens to have been.

As to your claim about a surprise, what could it be?

That you just got official recognition from the State of Tamaulipas?

Well, since we know that you have been trying very hard to get it, maybe you deserve to get it. And you were in Victoria about 6 weeks ago, or so, to present the documentation necessary to get Tamaulipas' certification.

But, are you sure about the people that you are dealing with in Victoria?

As they say in Spanish, they promise you they will do it, but they never tell you when. And they are always ready to raise minor points and request more documents when they want to stall you.

The very same people that you are dealing with told the "fraudster" one year ago that FLIMSY would be certified by the end of the month. There were TV interviews and paper articles about this. Is that not true?

What you are not aware of is how intricate things get after that. To finally appear in IMED and the catalogue of the World Health Organization, so that the graduates of FLIMSY can take the USMLE, you still have to go through three Mexican entities and have one letter written.

You have to be cleared by the FEDERAL Ministry of Health to have a medical school. You have to justify why Mexico should have another medical school, and since Mexico already has about 70 and cannot employ all of the physicians that graduate from them, you will have to come up with some great stuff. Maybe you can post it when you do.

You have to be cleared by the FEDERAL Ministry of Education so that the degrees that FLIMSY may grant get registered, and those holding them can actually practice medicine. This is where the year of social service to the government will become the obtacle that you will have to overcome. No social service no clearance from the ministry of education or health. Yes social service and you cannot keep your promise of a four year plagiarized curriculum compressed into three years of school.

And you have to be certified by COMAEM. This is the organization that corresponds to the AAMC of the US. It is a private-not-for-profit entity, that is an NGO. They are incorruptible. They will want to come and do a site visit to the one-room and the guano-filled installations that you havel look at the Funk and Wagnallis Encyclopedia in "the library" and so on, before they give you a green light. Which is something that the ministries of Health and Education may ask them to do before they give FLIMSY the go ahead. So you may have to deal with them first.

Gulp.

And, you still have to convince the Mexican Minister of Health to write a letter requesting the listing with IMED and WHO.

And at the time you get all this, if you do, what are you going to do with the students that enrolled at FLIMSY and SOAPSUDS one year ago? The ones it is claimed you are abobut to enroll?

How, you are asking yourself, does Purtz know all this I myself did not even know?

Let me tell you, I have been doing research in Mexico for many years and have been in the faculty of one of the premier Mexican private medical schools as a medical sociologist. I was there when it was founded and I was in a number of committees that dealt with this.

But you know what, and I have it from a reliable source: all of these Mexico City people have been watching the "fraudster" for years, and they are not happy with him.

Why?

Because he thought he could do in Mexico anything he wanted, and people in Mexico City remember that Zachry Taylor and Winfield Scott thought the same thing. In fact they celebrate the 13th of september every year.

Did you know that?

The "fraudster" thought he was a low-profile-guy, but I know that all of these high ranking officers from the ministry of health and education in Mexico City have been watching him for years.

I once spoke with one of them and I was surprised that he knew about the "fraudster's" capers in the Big Bend, in Colombia Nuevo Leon, in Nuevo Laredo and in Guerrero. One thing that was particularly irritating to them is that he never completed the curriculum of his Mexican medical school and has never been officially granted a Mexican medical degree, and now he want to open a medical school.

All of these Mexican officers are not especially inclined to help the "fraudster" get what he wants in order to get what he really want$$$$$$.

And to top it all the "fraudster" gave a foreign nation, the Cooks, the right to come to Mexico and assess what was going on at the FLIMSY school. I do not believe that he has ever been aware of how much he and FLIMSY insult Mexico

You all are wondering why the Rocketeers, a.k.a. "Fraudster and Fizzz", have to justify the certification of FLIMSY on the basis of Mexican needs, not the fact that so many worthy Americans are left out of med school every year?

The reason is simple.

All duly certified Mexican med schools receive huge in-kind subsidies from the Federal and State governments. These are:

1. Clinical installations.Mexican medical schools do not have to own clinical installations in order to operate. Their clinical installations are the hospitals and clinics of the Mexican Social Security System and of the Health Ministry. Even the premier med schools in Mexico, like Anahuac, operate like that. And the wealthiest of all, Monterrey Tec's, sends its students to these installations even though it owns its own hospital. Maybe Universidad de Montemorelos, affiliated to the 7th Day Adventists, is the only one that does not operate like this.

2. Cllinical faculty. The physicians, and all other personnel of the Social Security and the Health Ministry become - ipso facto- the faculty of the medical schools, which may choose from among the best professionals there.

Where all American medical schools have the big headache of where to train their students and at what cost, Mexican schools do not have the same headache. And this makes budgeting very simple and keeps it at a minimum,

But they have to be certified, and to do so they have to be justified on the bases of what Mexico needs for the health of its citizens.

If the Rocketeers want to enjoy these subsidies they have to be worthwhile for Mexico, not just their BIG pockets.

I guess everybody will agree with me that the Rocketeers have worked very hard to earn a real name. "Rocketeers" is just too generic. I propose that we call them "The Fraudstering Fizziez" in honor of Fraudtser and Fizz. Maybe we should call them the F-Fizziez, for short.

For about one year now the F-Fizziez have been trying to get something Mexicans call RVOE, from the government of Tamaulipas. RVOE stands for officiall validity of studies. It would make them into a real Mexican med school and part of the Mexican medical education system.

Thanks to the mayor of Guerrero - the guy in the "invitation" section of the FLIMSY website, they have had some limited access to the governor of the State. Why? Because the governor and mayor belong to the same party: PRI, and Priistas, in power for about 70 years, are now under siege.

So the F-Fizziez have traveled to Victoria, the capital of the State, a number of times hoping to be granted RVOE.

They always get the same thing. They are dealing with seasoned politicians and bureaucrats who know their game.

The governor always expresses support for FLIMSY and sends the F-Fizziez off to some high level guy to deal with the details.

Because this other guy knows that the F-Fizzies just spoke with the governor, they are always polite and express some measure of support, and refer them to the operational level of the government.

Then the real game begins.

The operational guys ask the F-Fizziez for a bunch of documents justifying the school, explaining the curriculum and so on, and send them to get them.

The F-Fizziez work, and work, and work, to produce the documents and turn them in.

Then the guys at the operational level let the F-Fizziez have it.

They do not lilke the documents: they are not properly formatted, they are not in the correct font and pica, the margins are not big enough, and they fail to meet the "technical standards" anyway.

So, back they go to work more, and more and more, and a year has elapsed and they are not anywhere near RVOE.

Meanwhile, the mayor of Guerrero has become a lame-duck, he is abobut to go out of office and wont be re-elected. Cannot. Mexican Constitution prohibits it.

And who knows what party the next mayor of Guerrero will belong to.

The last time the F-Fizziez traveled to Victoria for the above was about six weeks ago. The lower level guys are now hard at work measuring margins, picas, and evaluating fonts.

The interesting thing is that the F-Fizziez must have had a lot of free time in their hands, and decided to start threatening people that had worked for them.

They got themselves and email address that made reference to some nasty guy, and sent the threats. And, rocketeers as they are, they signed their threats with the name of an international terrorist.

Boy, oh boy! That gave their threats a very peculiar spin through the web. Someone who read them showed them to me.

I am sure that many other people from different agencies may have heard about them and seen them.

And the Texas State Board has been watching the F-Fizziez for years, anyway. We have evidence of this in one of the Valuemd threads.

So, I guess this is a tale of Bureaucrats who know they game and what happens when mice - the F-Fizziez - try to be men.
