I have just started my research for med schools outside of the US. I have heard that all the schools in the caribbean's look for money and if you are able to pay your way through the program you are bound to get in. When I hear this I seem to think that maybe the focus of the prof. in these school's is not helping me pass the USMLE's but just to get the money and not teach. Will someone tell me that the way i'm thinking is messed up. any help is helpful

and show me a US school that doesnt want to make money. Yes, there are schools out there that are just there to take your money. just look to go to the ones who have grads listed on their webpage(maybe not by name) and their match spots. I know there is a school in mexico that is famous for moving around(to prevent people from remembering that they are the bad one!). last I heard it was in a closed nike factory in tijuana. they are supposedly famous for taking your cash and never having a grad. but if you research,. you will see that yes, there are schools that have grads, and some have many grads, working in US hospitals.
