US Clinical Rotations
I have heard that for some US residency programs that is is MANDATORY not OPTIONAL that an applicant have US clinical rotation experience. Is this true?

Yes, there are a number of programs that put up this extra barrier to IMGs. Their thinking is that they do not wish to train someone the basics of scutwork within a US hospital. Usually you will find it listed under extra requirements for IMG applicants on the residency program's webpage.
