be careful with that, don't make the same mistake i made. before you do anything, make sure you know what it is that you are getting yourself into. dont trust what the schools tell you. do your research. talk to state boards, talk to graduates, or seek out an advisor that actually knows what they are talking about. i got myself into a bind, and i spoke to a professional medical advisor. they helped me a lot. you might want to check them out..

Medical Talk
We are glad that you were helped by aspireadmissionsconsultants.com WE think that this is a bogus organization set up to milk unwary medical students. MY SUGGESTION IS THAT STUDENTS ASK THERE QUESTIONS HERE ON VMD FOR FREE. YOU CAN GET VERY GOOD INFORMATION HERE AT NO COST TO YOU FROM EXPERIENCED PEOPLE. If the advice you have given below refers to UHSA, however, I think that I can agree with you 100%. Stay away! If you want to go to medical school in Antigua, go to AUA! be careful with that, don't make the same mistake i made. before you do anything, make sure you know what it is that you are getting yourself into. dont trust what the schools tell you. do your research. talk to state boards, talk to graduates, or seek out an advisor that actually knows what they are talking about. i got myself into a bind, |

That waiver of legal rights that the school gave out is pretty bogus. What kind of school would do a thing like that.
Also however, it would must likely not be enforced (at least not by a NY court) due to: 1) lack of bargained for exchange (you get nothing from signing that, you paid seperatly for the transcript, and even if you did not, it's not worth signing away rights (i feel a ny court would agree); and 2) unconscionability (harder to argue in court, but I think this would fit the bill) NY bar in 2 days! full on legal mode here! So, please, anyone with any legal questions, post them, I have to put the disclaimer in that this is (and what i tell you in the future) wont be legal advice (since i have no yet passed the bar), but its a good starting point. So, any questions, ask away |

The whole putting their legal business on the webpage thing is also quite shady.
If you read through it all it basically goes like 1) applicant applies to california 2) cali requests info from the school, school does not reply 3) cali requests again, still no reply 4) cali board issues an OSC, still no reply 5) cali disaproves school 6) school claims conspiracy, bad blood, etc etc etc, when really, the school just never replied yehhhhhh, weird and shady if you ask me |

Re
Iswiltshire, will you please explain the 5th path a bit, I'LL APPRECIATE IT ! Perhaps the legal mind of Genossa Max is more suitable to giving an erudite exposition on this matter. I can take you on the Roman way or on the Joahnine way, but that it hardly applicable in this instance. Bad idea. LOL |

I have been in Antigua for almost a year now, and I have never met a student at UHSA nor have I heard of anyone who has. I have never met any faculty of UHSA. I *have* seen a pickup truck with UHSA painted on the side of it.
Basically, I don't think this school really exists. If it does, it must be in some alternate universe, because there is no evidence of its presence in Antigua.

UHSA may be found at a remote place of the island call Dow Hill. When next you go to party up at Shirley’s Heights, you can look down on the campus If they still operate the one month crash courses every four months you wont see faculty or students much, since both faculty and students are only there for four months of the year any how. Most of them live in accommodation on campus or in houses near St James Beach Club, when they do come, and then they are probably struggling to pass their crash courses. Biochem in three weeks? Physiology in three weeks? Four hours daily six days per week! Can you imagine? From time to time the local papers report on their graduation ceremonies. |
