i'm a US-IMG, i speak spanish fluently (medicinal spanish, not yet though)... any advise on how best to take advantage of the situation? (i.e., with clinicals, residency).

Well, we in Arizona are bilingual folks.....might give you a leg up on some of the residencies here at the Maricopa County, Mayos-Scottsdale,Scottsdale Memorial, or the Tucson hospital programs.

Same with Las Vegas, and New Mexico and California which are high bilingual areas.
