As we have indicated in our responses thus far, the link to which user “truthbknown” pointed contains a version of letters which have been the subject of legal action. In response, we contacted the administration of ValueMD and informed them of the particular letter. As a result, the ValueMD administration removed the link which “truthbknown” listed.

We have also been asked to provide proof that legal action has been taken. Although we will not post the actual formal judgment on this site, we will provide you with the proof that you request, in the form of the docket sheet for the court case, which clearly identifies the defendants and plaintiffs in the suit, as well as the court’s decision. As you will see, this court decision was rendered over a year ago. We have endeavored to keep this information as confidential as possible over the last year, as we wanted to allow the defendants the option of appealing the decision. I could be wrong but I dont think that was personal. The school name and address were used -- not like the other defendant.

I was informed that this was because they couldn't locate any other address where he could be served, where this is true or not is up to debate.
