Confining HIV positive people is NOT the answer. If anything, all this does is make more people who are afraid they may be HIV positive, NOT go out and get tested (which ultimately leads to more infected individuals). The only real solution is awarness of the disease, and free testing centers where you don't have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.

all you need to do is research and read the subcultures of "bugchasers," homosexual men who intentionallly desire to infect or be infected, and str8 men or downlow who are out for a revenge spree. without strict behavioral modification, HIV will be here forever even if a genetic-based therapy is discovered. vaccine is impossible.
