Semmelweis or Pecs ?

Iam going to study medicine i Hungary but i dont know which medical school i should choose. I can choose between semmelweis and pecs but does it really matter which i choose? If semmelweis is the best choice, WHY (Prestige,clinics,facilities,size of classes, modern equipment, student society, international recognition etc...) ?
Can someone write someting about these things so i can compare them and if you had the option to choose between one of them which would you choose ?

I don't know what country you are from, nor where you want to practice.

I would like to "warn you away" from Pecs, but not for academic reasons.
Pecs is the smallest program in Hungary and is located in a fine city.

The reason I'd like to dissuade you from Pecs is a little complicated. I have been told that there has been a change in the philosophy of the administration recently. Apparently, the Pecs administration is going down the road of trying to fill their classes with as many students as possible in order to meet a financial deficit. In addition, they now have an agreement with a very unscrupulous agent, who is quite simply notorious for making promises he cannot keep. I have recently heard from two people on this forum that either the agent or the administration have made promises or claims that are highly misleading. One potential student was promised entry into a four-year program that does not exist, the other was told that transferring to the US was a real possibility.

Under these circumstances, I would recommend passing on Pecs.

Based solely on my personal interactions with a couple of students from both schools, I would probably choose Semmelweis over Pecs. That is just my personal opinion, and the sample size of people I have met from either school is very small. I have not been to either place, but would personally rather live in Budapest than Pecs... and location for me is a significant factor.
