I am interested to join Odessa State Medical School in Ukraine . I heard the city is very nice and beautiful. Is there anyone who is or has studied in Odessa State Medical Universiy.?

How is the quality of education?
Can anyone sit for PLAB or USMLE if they graduate from Odessa Medical university?

How is security in odessa?

Dear karar

Odessa medical university is good as long as students are good. The university has everything u need in order to learn medicine. All teachers are more than willing to help u . There is a very good anatomy hall and other departments. The only problem is that u must be motivated enough to study . There is no enforcement to force u to study and exams will be relatively easy for international students and that should not distract u from studying hard. First few months u will feel that u have come to a wrong place but slowly u will appreciate ur decison to study in this university, i think

odessa is far better than lugansk.as for me i have been to odessa b4,but am studying in lugansk and i want to transfer to odessa.i dnt knw if the will take me in my final year?

Im student of Medicine , I finished second year of Medicine in kosovo , but im ffrom Serbia. so , I wanna know may I transfer my studies in this university ? can u ask them at University , they are going to accept my exams from here or not ?

As for KHARKOV NATIONAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, the city looks unsafe from being presumed on photo gallery, and school building looks old. is this a good university? anyone here know anything about this school, reply to me.

Dear brother

Both cities are not much dangerous. Your description about a skin head and stabbing somebody is not always true about odessa or kharkov but may hold true in moscow.

I personally think that odessa is much safer than other cities and if u take a litte care , everything will be ok.

Of course , if somebody goes at 1 o clock night time to disco alone in dark lanes , there is a chance to get beaten by any nationalist whether he is a skin head or any other racist or by drunkard or thug.

But normally this city is safe
