anyone renting houses?

If you are in need of a house, there is a 4 BR home in Beacon Hill which rents for $2400/month, no utilities...I beleive it is furnished, though! If you had 3-4 room mates, the price is pretty reasonable and your 5 minutes away from school by car...you'd also be in a building surrounded by medical students (myself included! ), if that makes any difference to you.
