I'm 24/M, very quiet (at least until I let loose after an exam), very clean w/ dishes and housekeeping (I hate living in mess).

I am looking for either a M or F roommate, doesn't matter what age. I have roomed with both M and F and would prefer living w/ a F again (they are more quiet and clean up after themselves more). I am planning on getting an SUV or truck when I get their so there is also the option of splitting that with the roommate (although I will probably just buy it myself and allow the roommate to use it as long as they fill up the tank every now and then). I will be arriving sometime early August to scout out some potential places. I am looking to stay somewhere that is guarded and nicer. From doing research on ValueMD I have come up with a list of places I will visit: Tradewinds, Cupecoy Beach Club, Arbor Estates, Cote d' Azur Marina and Blue Lagoon. any suggestions from current students about good landlords (wich seems to be more important than the property itself) would be welcomed.

I currently live in Atlanta and would be willing to get together and chat about romming together. Actually the easist thing would be to stop by the bar I work at and that way we could talk about it over a cocktail. PM me if interested.

The roommate thing just seems to be a whole hell of a lot cheaper.
