If your looking for an apartment rental in Queens w/ prime location and near the subway look no further. I'm a SGU medschool student and I'll be doing my 3rd year rotations at Queens Jamaica Hospital which is a relatively close commute to the apartment. The rental is a 3 bedroom apartment, sharing bathroom and kitchen all which are renovated. Grocery store and other stores are blocks away. Subway is a 8 minute walking distance. My other roommate is a young asian man and is very hardworking professional, commutes to downtown Manhattan and works at a bank. We both will be pretty busy and working long hours. We are looking for someone else who also will be working hard, and will be neat and clean, and respectful. Basically someone who will help keep the place peaceful and quiet and that is relatively easy going. The apartment rental is being financed through a real estate agent. The rental per month will be $600 a month w/utilities included, for unfurnished room. However, one month deposit is also needed for the owner along w/ a brokers fee for $600 (monthly rate), totaling $1800 upfront.
