2 bedroom, fully furnished apartment is available for rent immediately at $1200/month. Apartment is a railroad style apartment with hardwood floors and a lot of space. Can comfortably fit 1 or 2 people. Apartment has a living area, kitchen, and one bathroom.

The apartment includes centralized heating and hot/cold water.
There is no A/C in this unit.

You will need to pay for electricity, cable, and gas for the stove.
Parking is on the street but it is limited.

The apartment is situated 2 blocks from Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and the M (Knickerbocker ave.) and L (Dekalb ave.) subways. Manhattan is only 15 min away by the L-line. There are a lot of stores and restaurants in the area. This includes fast food, laundromats, banks, grocery stores, and convenience stores. Most things are within walking distance or the subway.
