Sackler Interview

Wow, Sackler seems to operate fast. Within one day of recieving my LORs and Transcripts they said they are going to contact me for my interview, which is in the city which is nice. My question is, what are Sackler Interviews like? and, more importantly, how fast does one find out after the interview if they made it in? I am very excited about Sackler, and would love to go there.

Also, this perhaps is a dumb question, and Im 99% sure I know the answer. There is no military service required since citizenship isnt obtained correct?

So yeh, just wanted to know how fast people heard back after interviews, and how the interviews went.

ps. Can I speak some Hebrew to impress them? hahah.

Thanks in advance

No need to impress so I would keep the hebrew speaking to myself (the interviewer does not necesarily speak hebrew). Keep in mind that this is a medical school interview and not a recruiting office for Israeli immigration.
I would come with some questions though, anything that may be on your mind. That would probably be more impressive, and show seriousness.
No army is involved, the office takes care that even if you are an Israeli citizen, the IDF leaves you alone.
Overall the interview is very relax. They just want to make sure that you are normal and meet you a bit. I wasn't asked any questions about Biology or anything like that, so I would definitely take the interview easy- the hard part of acceptance is behind you- now you just have to do the work at school, which is the real work. However, I would not take anything for granted (personal philosophy).
I can't say when you will get responses but I imagine that within a week or two. (That's how it was for me). Usually there is an orientation meeting in the New York office some time around June.
Good luck and feel free to ask me anything else!

Thanks for answering my questions. Its good to hear that they get back relatively quick, waiting for the Texas Match was tough. Last interview was october, Judgement day was february 1st. I can wait a few weeks easy. I googled the doctor who is going to interview me, a 98 sackler graduate, and obgyn.

I imagine I will hear from her offiice next week
