And i strongly beleive , the tution fees payed was also transfered from IUHS to IAU.
Universal Empire is the Yugo of offshore medicine...quirky..they are attempting to setup schools all over the place but the ones that they have, such as IUHS, don't work well (find a IUHS grad that is licensed?)

That they are part of the new St. Lucia group should lead one to watch from a distance.......logical people don't drive Yugo's if they don't have to...lots of cheap Chevys around that run fine and you don't have the door come off in your hands while you are driving.

ITS WORTH BEING HERE

HELLO
I HAVE BEEN CLOSELY WATCHING THE COMMUNICATIONS ABOUT IAU AND IUHS. LET ME MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THAT I AM NOT A TRANSFER STUDENT FROM IUHS. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED IAU IS MANAGED BY EX ROSS PEOPLE AND EDUCATORS FROM US AND UK. WE HAVE A VERY GOOD FACILITY HERE. TO ME I AM AN IAU STUDENT AND I AM REALLY HAPPY BEING HERE. I DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT ANY PREVIUS TIES OR SO CALLED 'AFFILIATIONS' (IF THERE IS/WAS ANY). WE HAVE PERMANENT FACULTY HERE AND THE CLINICAL BASED PROGRAM IS REALLY GOOD. THE SCHOOL UNDERTAKES LOTS OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES AND IT IS WELL ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE PEOPLE HERE. AS I SAID I AM HAPPY BEING HERE AND THATS WHAT MATTERS TO ME.

ALL MY RESEARCHER FRIENDS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. YOU MIGHT END UP GETTING A PHD

CHEERS.

thank u smals for ur compliments. Since u say u r not a transfered student from IUHS , we , all the forum users will be delighted to know from u which was ur earlier school. since u said this much , its ur responsibility to reveal the name of ur previous school also , which u call the worst school.
Also it would be very nice to hear from you about the IAU and IUHS USA address. Do u beleive its fabricated , i mean some fake photo or anythning like that>?
And also note that i didnt mention anything about the quality of IAU or the conditions prevailing there.

Also tell us how much money u lost in ur old school.?

And it is really funny to see the "to maintain the standards , the IAU has limited its admissions to 60 per batch" . Read this along with dr_jose_alex_md posting " the IAU batch comprising of 14-15 kids "

Still i dont have any comments about the quality of IAU and i am just talking about the managemnt connections.

once again thank u for the compliments.

what is a "good program"

its funny how such a claim can be made without a proper track record. the only determinant in basic science of a good program is a high step one rate other than that a program should be described in terms such as fun, interesting, easy to understand professors, good library, good internet, etc. but definetely not "good program"

IAU has no affiliation with any one

It seems appropriate for me to address the following regarding the recent postings in our forum:

“IAU traces its roots to UCMS in Nepal”. True. The promoters of UCMS were instrumental in motivating current IAU Management.

IAU is an independent corporation, which is in no way a subsidiary of Universal Empire or any of its subsidiaries. Current IAU management and their office in Dallas (including their telephone numbers) were once used to Market for UEIMS, Cochin. They have recruited some students from US for UEIMS-Cochin for their IUHS affiliated program. But when they realized that IUHS students would have problems in US for Licensing, they advised the recruited students about the situation. Some of them stayed back at Cochin and some wanted to join IAU. Few of them were admitted to IAU as new students and did not get any credit to IUHS/UEIMS courses.

Let me make these points very clear:

• IAU is in no way affiliated with IUHS
• IAU has no affiliation with UEIMS Dubai or UEIMS Cochin or their affiliated programs with IUHS.
• IAU has no transfer students from UEIMS or IUHS or any other University. Admission Committee has considered
each application and has admitted the ones who met our criteria for admission as a new student.
• IAU administration and Management is controlled from their Dallas Office in US and not by any other institution.

Please do not get confused by misleading statements. IAU, till now, has not been affiliated with any other institution. It has not taken any transfer students from any other medical schools. We want to keep the quality of our program without any compromise.

Hello Mr.Registrar

Hello Every body

I am really delighted to see that my postings were solid enough to invite the IAU registrar to answer them. Thanks Mr. Registrar for the answers , but i need some more clarifications from you. hope you wont mind that.

Although i have responded to the Registrar earlier , i was a little busy that i couldnt put up a detailed posting. So here comes my queries to the registrar

1. You said" “IAU traces its roots to UCMS in Nepal”. True. The promoters of UCMS were instrumental in motivating current IAU Management." what does that really mean.? U mean that Universal Empire , which is promoting UCMS Nepal and UEIMS, india and dubai motivated your management to start IAU, st.lucia and encouraged you to get students from UEIMS, cochin.? Are they mad, to spoil their institutions.?.....To encourage others to start med schools and giving them their students saying their own school is bad.? And because of just their encouragement to start IAU , they allowed you to use their name in your schools website.? isnt it rubbish. And they are even now using ur US address in their Brochures and u say u have got no connection with UE. If it means UCMS encouraged you , it only means Universal empire encouraged you , since UCMS is wholly owned by UE except for some scholorship seats owned by the Govt:

2.You say you worked as just a marketing centre for UEIMS-IUHS. Then why UE used their name in your office.? Its clear from the UE brochure photograph that its written

" Universal Empire ,2722 Hollandale , Texas" . And now its " IAU , 2722 Hollandale ,Texas" . So if some problem comes to IAU , will you say " we were just marketing people for IAU and we were just using our address for that."

3.You said some students from UEIMS where transfered to IAU , but not accepting the IUHS credit. But , did you accept the transfer of tutuion. ? Or those who beleived you and joined in UEIMS lost their money.? Or if tution was transferred , how can just a marketing office do that.?

4.You said you gave UEIMS_IUHS students an option to join IAU because it came into your notice that IUHS grads may have licensing problems in US. So if IAU also faces a similar situation , WHAT WILL YOU DO.? will you start a new school and say WE HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH IAU AND IUHS. Read this along with the news that a complaint have been filed with Missouri state medical licening board to prohibit IAU graduates. Now it self california does not accept IAU grads and TEXAS is planning to adopt the california list of approved schools. Then what will you do .? will you gave the IAU students an option for transfer , since its ur responsibility and morality.

5. We would be delighted to see your comment on the following ."IAU operates out of a small office building in central Vieux Fort rented from St.Lucias telecommunications provider, Cable&Wireless. The facilites are completely inadequate for the teaching of medicine. We saw the facilities and were distraut by what we saw! It seems that all the students are all related to the owner of the school and all pay different tuitions! It is VERY scetchy. ".

Thanks and expecting your reply in the earliest.

Facts please!! Do not bother us with stories.....

Mr. Liveten20,

I have posted the facts for your initial postings. I really wish you can post facts related to any college rather than defamatory stories. Your statements do not even deserve a reply from IAU office. At the admission office, we have better things to do.

Hey Liveten20.. You were a student of IUHS

hey... liveten20...

You were a student of IUHS in Cochin India. They screwed you up. You were disappointed and finally got an admission in Medical Collge in Nepal. Your desire to become a doctor is too obvious. Your dad has a local hospital with 30 to 40 beds in India. You want to inherit that fortune. You are the right person to be the physician there. You know why? It is a psychiatric hospital and you will be the best doctor, as you will definitely belong to that class of patients..

Get out of your dirty tricks and try to study well if you really need to become a true physician.

It won't require any special brain to understand what your intentions are.... Do not try to defame schools with reputation just because you are disappointed and could not reach anywhere with your med education..

Good Luck with your Nepal attempt , buddy....
